The user experience is very poor when upgrading from business to enterprise. It creates separate logins for SSO vs non SSO of existing users making it where they can't see previous links.

Since SSO is only available on enterprise if you had an account for a while on business and then upgrade it creates a huge hassle for updating and managing existing links.

The development team should apply the SSO to the existing user profile instead of creating an entirely new user.
