Automate generation of customized meta data

Currently you have to manually setup the customized the meta data AFTER the short link is created. But it would make sense to make this process be part of the short link creation flow. Proposed solutions:
- Append customized meta data configuration to long url via short.io predefined query args so the customized preview info can be created along with url shortening.
- If 1 is not possible, then provide an API for developers to setup customize meta data.
