Currently, if a user is set with Link-level Permissions, they can only be assigned access to a link on a link-by-link basis – which is very tedious if there is a large batch that we want them to be able to view.

We should be able to assign link-level permissions by selecting to give access to a user for all of the links that are in a given Folder.

We should also be able to look up a list of all of the links that a User with Link-Level permissions has, rather than having to check link-by-link.
