Add the ability to give a Team member limited ReadOnly access to specific links.

Currently a Team member can be added and given Link-Level Permissions so that they ONLY see their own links, or links where they are given Edit permissions.
If a Team member is given ReadOnly access they are able to see ALL links that have been created.
– What is needed is to add the Link-Level permissions (which is useful in controlling access for some users) to the ReadOnly access level
The objective here would be to allow some members of the Team to be able to View and monitor the activity on a specific link (or group of links) but that they cannot make editing changes to the link settings.
– It would also be useful if links could be grouped (by a Tag, or in a Folder) and then permissions to either View (ReadOnly) or Edit could be managed from there

I just added a group of users who are to manage a specific Group of links that I have placed in a Folder.
It is now, unfortunately, really tedious to have to go through each of these dozens of links and have to set the Link-level permissions for each one manually.
– I should be able to assign Folder-level access to each User, so that the User can manage all the links that I have placed in that folder.

Just another bump on this.
The Teams permissions settings already allow for either Link-Level access
– to give a team member full editing access to a specific link
or
– to provide them with ReadOnly access to ALL links in the account
These just need to be combined to be able to give Team members ReadOnly access to selected links
– so that they would be able to follow link stats but not be able to make any editing changes.
As also noted here, a great bonus feature would be to be able to group these with a Tag or Folder.
